1. A 10% discount is offered to the second child and there after of the same family.

2. For every student that refers someone to the International Artist Academy will receive a 10% discount for that term (referral must enrol successfully for at least 1 full term).

3. In the case of student absentees, 48 hours (2 days) notification is required in order for a make-up lesson to be scheduled.

4. In the case of teacher absentees, a substitute teacher will be arranged otherwise a minimum of 24 hours (1 day) notification will be expressed to the student and a make-up lesson will be arranged.

5. If no notification is given for absence by the student, the lesson cost will be forfeited (special circumstances considered).

6. In the case of group lessons, requirements for class capacity must be fulfilled prior to classes being held.

7. In order for lesson times to be secured, a 20% deposit of the full fee must be made prior to the commencement of the new term. For payment methods, please refer to pricing.

8. The remaining amount must be paid in full within the first 2 weeks of the term.

9. A compulsory $10 contribution fee is charged to each family’s account as a contribution towards the running of each term’s showcase.

10. If payment has not been received by Week 10 of term, a $15 late payment fee will be incurred.
